I would just like to say how extremely well your service worked.

My suitcase was collected from my home when expected and delivered to my friend’s house in Vienna.  By coincidence she was out at the time but left instructions for DHL which were followed precisely.  The courtesy call to say it had been delivered in Vienna was appreciated, as was the call to say it would be returned to me today.

The return journey was equally efficient. When flights went pear-shaped at LHR on my return journey I was eternally grateful not to have a suitcase to add to the problem.

I particularly like not having to press various numbers on the phone when calling you but get through to someone straightaway.

I would have no hesitation in using your services again, and indeed breaking a rule of a lifetime, and recommending you.  I very rarely recommend any company or organisation to anyone.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the service provided to complement our return train journeys for our recent river cruise holiday in France. Our first-time sending suitcases separately and a great success – the cases were in our cabin on arrival (unfortunately not unpacked!) and now safely delivered back to our home (unfortunately not laundered!) without any need for ‘worry’ on our part. We had a 3x train trip both ways and traveling without cases made a significant contribution to our overall holiday enjoyment.

Dear all at Baggageman. We wish to tell you that we think you are all wonderful. We booked to have our luggage and a wheelchair to be collected from home and delivered to a riverboat on the Rhone in Avignon. France. Our luggage was waiting for us in our cabin on arrival. A week later it was collected from our river destination in Lyon. France and then delivered to us at home a few days later. What brilliant organization. We had trouble free movement through the airports {minus luggage}
which was so relaxing. We were asked loads of times by fellow passengers “where was our luggage ” so we gave you lots of praise.
Thank once again for making our holiday so stress free, we will be in touch soon, just looking through some holiday brochures.

I think it speaks for itself, in particular, I was keen that the advice re using hard (or perhaps older, cheaper) cases reached your potential customers. As someone who used to fly frequently on business, I am only too aware of the damage that can be done to cases, particularly on-air freight services where they are potentially in company with harder, heavier goods than they would be on passenger airlines where they only have to contend with other cases.

“I write to thank you for your faultless service which I only booked one week before travel due to advice from my doctor following a recent back operation. We could not have made this holiday without you! Our two cases were collected four days later on a Tuesday, and we received confirmation by phone on Thursday that they had arrived in our hotel in Harrogate, Yorkshire.
At the end of our holiday our cases were collected from our final hotel in Alnwick, Northumberland on a Saturday and we received a phone call two days later on Tuesday – two days before we were expecting their return – that they were out for delivery.
We would certainly use you again and recommend you to friends and family. Just wanted to thank you for this excellent service. We have used it for two years now and are delighted.  We worried the first time, thinking that our cases might go astray or never arrive at the right hotel. Not anymore because Baggageman gets it there safely and back too.   Our luggage was waiting in our room when we arrived in our Italian hotel, and I have now just taken delivery of it back home.  We are at an age when we don’t want to struggle with heavy cases at airports etc and your service completely fits the bill.
