Hopefully to quote from the great man “ Is this the beginning of the end”

What a year! There can be none of us untouched in our daily lives by Covid-19.

The Baggageman has as you can imagine been hit very hard, along with our travel partners this year. Fortunately we have and will continue to weather the crisis until ‘normal’ or a version of resumes. The Government schemes have been a saviour.

Whilst only having moved a small number of cases, our team have been busy upgrading our IT systems and promoting The Baggageman service with our existing and new travel partners.

We have refunded or transferred bookings to 2021, without question, for all customers who were unable to travel as booked.

Our River Cruise operation was set for a bumper 2020, and all being well our first 2021 operations and bookings are very positive, with more ships and destinations throughout Europe being served.
