The return journey was equally efficient. When flights went pear-shaped on my return journey I was eternally grateful not to have a suitcase to add to the problem. I particularly like not having to press various numbers on the phone when calling you but get through to someone straight away.

My bag arrived bag safely on Thursday. An excellent service. A number of people on my trip were envious of my bag-free travel, so I passed your details on to them. Hopefully, they will use your service in the future.

Dear all at Baggageman. We wish to tell you that we think you are all wonderful. We booked to have our luggage and a wheelchair to be collected from home and delivered to a riverboat on the Rhone in Avignon. France. Our luggage was waiting for us in our cabin on arrival. A week later it was collected from our river destination in Lyon, France and then delivered to us at home a few days later. What brilliant organization. We had trouble free movement through the airports {minus luggage} which was so relaxing. We were asked loads of times by fellow passengers “where was our luggage ” so we gave you lots of praise.
